All that we do as a youth ministry is grounded in God’s character as revealed in God’s Word. Our methods may change over time, but we will always remain rooted in the gospel, Scripture, and our robust theological tradition.
We desire for students to be active participants in the wider church community exercising their gifts and contributing to the work of God’s kingdom. Likewise, we empower volunteers to care for our students through teaching, mentorship, and service.
We aim to create an environment of trust and integrity in our ministry, therefore, we place a high priority on student safety, wise boundaries, and structures of staff and volunteer accountability.
We believe that God calls parents to be the primary disciple-makers in their families. Our calling is to equip parents and partner with them as they take the lead in their child’s formation in the gospel.
The teenage years are filled with the lowest of lows and the highest of highs. We extend the compassion of Christ to students in the depths of sorrow and rejoice with them in the heights of joy. We believe that youth ministry should be fun and that we should celebrate often. After all, the gospel gives us endless reasons to celebrate!
